Terms & Conditions

General

  1. Any Contracts will be subject to these terms & conditions.
  2. Quotes submitted by Allder Web Design shall remain open for acceptance by the Buyer for a period of 28 days from the date of the Quote (unless in the Quote another period is specified)

Prices

  1. The price for the Services will be that stated on the relevant Quote.
  2. Allder Web Design reserve the right to change prices at any time without notice

Terms of Payment

  1. Allder Web Design will invoice the Buyer for all Services (less any Deposit) immediately on completion of the web Site.
  2. Unless otherwise agreed in writing by Allder Web Design, invoices are be payable by the Buyer immediately upon completion the Buyers website.

Website Design

  1. The client unconditionally guarantees that all of the text, graphics or other content provided by the Buyer are owned by the client, or that the client has the relevant permission from the owner of such content.

Website Optimisation (SEO)

  1. Whilst Allder Web Design endevour to improve the ranking of your website in Search Engine results in response to an SEO Campaign, however this is not in any way guaranteed.
  2. Allder Web Design cannot be held responsible for any changes to the position of your Web Site in the Search Engine results in response to a search.

Website Services

  1. Allder Web Design will accept no liability for any financial loss resulting from a domain not being renewed.
  2. Allder Web Design shall have no liability from any financial loss arising from any registered mailbox not being available.
  3. A change of twenty pounds (£20) will be charged for any domain transfer. A domain will be transferred only if this has be paid .

Ecommerce Website Services

  1. Allder Web Design supply eCommerce Services via Opencart and the client is subject to the terms and conditions of this business on their individual websites.
  2. Allder Web Design will accept no liability for any financial loss resulting from the use of any eCommerce website.

Deposit

  1. Allder Web Design process transactions via the PayPal and do not store credit card details of any credit cards processed.
  2. Allder Web Design charge a 25% deposit before any work is started. This is a non refundable charge.

Responsibility for approving the website

  1. The Buyer acknowledges and agrees that Allder Web Design shall produce the Web Site based on information provided to it by the Buyer.
  2. it shall be the responsibility of the Buyer (and not Allder Web Design) to review and approve the content of the Web Site (including, without limitation, the spelling of names and addresses and the accuracy of telephone numbers) at the time of the completion of such Web Site by Allder Web Design to the Buyer for approval by the Buyer.
  3. Allder Web Design shall have no liability to the Buyer for any inaccuracies in the Web Site if and to the extent that the Buyer has failed to review and/or approve (or require amendment (as the case may be)) provided to the Buyer by Allder Web Design pursuant to this Agreement.

Termination

  1. Allder Web Design may terminate the Contract immediately in the event that the Buyer is in breach of its obligations under the Contract and/or the Buyer suffers any event of insolvency or is or becomes unable to pay its debts as they fall due..

Free Website

  1. This offer is only avaliable to customers using / that are going to use Allder Web Design's hosting services. Hosting for this offer remains at £13.99 per calendar month, if paid anually, £150 per annum. mininum hosting length, 12 months.
